Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Drumstick - 21.2 oz
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
- Butter - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
- Milk - 1 glass
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken legs and boil them in salted boiling water until cooked through. After that, let them cool, remove the meat from the bones, and chop it finely.
Step 2
Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. Peel the garlic and crush it using a garlic press.
Step 3
Sauté the onion in a heated skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add the garlic, season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken meat to the vegetables, stir, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
To prepare the sauce, toast the flour in heated vegetable oil until it turns a light yellow color. Add black ground pepper and salt. Then, while constantly stirring, gradually pour in the milk and continue to mix until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
Step 5
Add the pasta to boiling salted water. Stir in a tablespoon of vegetable oil and cook for 5–8 minutes. After that, drain in a colander.
Step 6
Place the pasta in a buttered baking dish and spread it out evenly. On top, layer the stewed chicken with vegetables and drizzle with the prepared sauce.
Step 7
Place in a preheated oven and bake at 374°F for 15–20 minutes. After that, remove from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes.
