Pasta Casserole with Sausages and Ham
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 14.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sausages - 3.5 oz
- Ham - 1 piece
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Butter - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water. Drain through a colander and drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil to prevent sticking.
Step 2
Grease an oven-safe dish with butter and place the cooked pasta inside.
Step 3
While the pasta is cooking, peel the sausages and slice them into rounds. Cut the ham into small pieces. Place the sliced sausages and ham on top of the pasta.
Step 4
Prepare the pouring mixture. For this, beat the eggs with milk and sour cream, add salt and a pinch of nutmeg. Pour this mixture over the pasta with the sausage pieces.
Step 5
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and place in a well-heated oven. Bake the pasta casserole with cheese and sausages for 20–25 minutes.
