Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 8.8 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 1 can
- Italian chopped parsley - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil salted water.
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti (or other pasta) until fully cooked, then drain in a colander.
Step 3
In the empty pot, melt the butter over low heat (do not fry!).
Step 4
Add the spaghetti, mix vigorously, and turn off the heat.
Step 5
Sprinkle with the Italian herb mix, drizzle with lemon juice, add the sour cream, and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Serve on a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese, and serve immediately.
