Description
You can replace the cream with sour cream or milk, adding a bit of sautéed flour to the milk!
Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 17.6 oz
- Melted Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Cream - 3.5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan, finely chop the garlic and sauté it in the melted butter for 3–5 minutes until it turns yellow-golden.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the garlic, reduce the heat for 2 minutes to allow the tomatoes to release their juice, then increase the heat and sauté the tomatoes for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper to taste, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes until the cream thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Pour the prepared sauce over the pasta, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
