Description
Frozen mushrooms can also be used. Tagliatelle can be substituted with any pasta.
Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 7.1 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- 10% cream - 8 fl oz
- Scallions - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add finely chopped mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until all the liquid evaporates (about 10 minutes).
Step 3
Add the cream, bring to a boil, and remove from heat.
Step 4
Cook the tagliatelle.
Step 5
Place the tagliatelle on a plate, top with the sauce, and sprinkle with finely chopped green onion.
