- Pasta - 15.9 oz
- Cream Sauce - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Spinach Leaves - 15.9 oz
- Cream Cheese - 6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pot according to the package instructions; drain the water.
Step 2
To make the sauce, first place a medium-sized skillet over medium heat and pour in the olive oil.
Step 3
Then add the spinach to the skillet, cover with a lid, and sauté over medium heat until the spinach is wilted — about 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cheese and salt and pepper to taste, and continue cooking until the cheese melts (you can also add a couple of tablespoons of water or milk if needed).
