- Orange Bell Peppers - 0.9 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 0.9 oz
- Chicken Broth - 2 fl oz
- Red Grape Juice - 0 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - to taste
- Penne rigate - 5.3 oz
- Courgette - 0.9 oz
- Pesto - 0.7 oz
- Arugula - to taste
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 5 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil 150 g of penne pasta, slightly undercooking it.
Step 2
Sauté sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and champignons (25 g each) in olive oil in a skillet.
Step 3
Add the previously cooked pasta to the skillet and finish cooking it in chicken broth (60 ml) and red wine (10 ml), adding pesto (20 g) after 30 seconds, bringing the pasta to readiness in a total of 2 minutes.
Step 4
Then, place everything on a plate, garnishing with sun-dried tomatoes (5-6 slices), arugula leaves, and slices of Parmesan cheese.
