Ingredients
- Anchovy fillet - 4 pieces
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Capers - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Baking Tomatoes - 14.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Spaghetti - 15.9 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente in salted water (al dente pasta is slightly firm to the bite).
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, sauté garlic with the anchovies.
Step 3
Add olives, capers, and tomatoes to the browned garlic.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, and keep on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the sauce.
Step 6
Cover and let it sit for 1-2 minutes to allow the pasta to absorb the sauce. Serve hot.
