Description

  • Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Cumin - ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Spanish onions - 1 piece
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
  • Lime - 0 oz
  • Yellow Cherry Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
  • Mango - 1 piece
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 3.5 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain the water, and set aside.

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. To do this, mix lime juice, cilantro, oil, sugar, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, garlic, cumin, and chili pepper in a blender bowl. Blend and set aside.

Step 3

In a skillet, heat the oil to boiling and fry the chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper for 8–10 minutes. Remember to turn them. Set the cooked chicken aside to cool.

Step 4

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped chicken breast, tomatoes, red onion, mango, avocado, yellow and red bell peppers, and chili pepper. Gently mix everything with the sauce prepared earlier, and garnish with lime wedges.
