- Pasta (corkscrew) - 15.9 oz
- Ham - 1.8 oz
- Shallot - 1 head
- Malt Vinegar - 2 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 4 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Potato - 1 piece
- Feta cheese - 1.8 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 2 fl oz
- Capers - 2 teaspoons
- Parsley - 0.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta al dente. Slice the ham into thin strips. In a small skillet, cook the ham until crispy.
Step 2
Combine the chopped shallot, vinegar, and mustard in a large bowl; slowly drizzle in the oil. Add the diced tomato, crumbled cheese, ham, olives (chopped, pitted), and capers.
Step 3
Drain the pasta; add it to the bowl with the other ingredients and mix well. Add chopped parsley, then salt and pepper. Cool to room temperature and serve.
