Description

- Penne rigate - 8.8 oz
- Red cocktail cherry - 8.8 oz
- Pitted olives - 3.5 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 4.4 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons

Cook the pasta until al dente. Let it cool.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Finely chop the olives and basil. Mince the garlic. Mix everything together and add the pasta, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate the salad for a few hours.
