Ingredients
- Penne rigate - 5.3 oz
- Pork Blood - 10.6 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 2 pieces
- Apple - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
- Herbs - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the penne pasta in salted water until al dente.
Step 2
Slice the pork into thin pieces and fry in vegetable oil with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Peel and julienne the apples and cucumbers.
Step 4
For the dressing, whisk together the sour cream, ketchup, and mustard. Add chopped herbs.
