Description
This recipe uses pasta — sochni. This is a special noodle for making beshbarmak, but you can use any pasta. The vegetables should be cooked to a medium degree to retain their crunchiness and freshness. You can use cream of any fat content; here, 30% is used, but it doesn't really matter. Don't overdo the salt, as the pasta is salted separately with regular salt, while the vegetables get herb salt for aroma and flavor. Enjoy your meal!
