Description

There are countless recipes for pasta with meatballs, and they all boil down to one thing: the meatball, also known as a frikadelle, is combined with pasta using some kind of sauce. In this case, a tomato sauce. We added cinnamon to the ground meat, which gave the dish an intriguing and delightful twist.

Ingredients

  • Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Spaghetti - 17.6 oz
  • Canned Tomatoes (Pelati) - 17.6 oz
  • Basil - to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Cinnamon - to taste
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Breadcrumbs - 0.5 oz

Prepare all the ingredients.

Combine the minced meat with the breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper, add cinnamon and the egg yolk. Mix well.

Shape the meatballs to the size of quail eggs.

Sear the meatballs in olive oil until they develop a golden crust.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Sauté them in olive oil until they become fragrant and golden brown.
