  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Cured beef - 3.5 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Boil the pasta

Step 3

Sauté the beef, cut into small slices

Step 4
