Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 14.1 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 2.1 oz
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Garlic - 1.4 oz
- Thyme - 8 sprigs
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parmesan Cheese - 2.8 oz
- Chicken Broth - 27 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion. Do the same with the garlic.
Step 2
Rinse the chanterelles and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Step 3
Heat a skillet and sauté the onion in a mixture of butter and olive oil until it becomes translucent.
Step 4
Add the chanterelle mushrooms, garlic, and thyme to the onions. Sauté over medium heat until the mushrooms are cooked through.
Step 5
Add chicken broth to the chanterelles and simmer on low heat, stirring constantly, until it reduces to a sauce.
Step 6
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
Step 7
Add grated Parmesan cheese and pasta to the mushrooms in the sauce.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 9
Stir.
Step 10
Serve!
