Description

Another extremely simple and quick pasta recipe with chanterelles. The chanterelles are sautéed, then cream and cooked pasta are added, topped with cheese, and it's ready to serve. Recipe from a popular American restaurant.

Ingredients

  • Paccheri Pasta - 11.3 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 14.1 oz
  • 33% Cream - 7 fl oz
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Thyme - 0.3 oz
  • Ocean salt - 0.3 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 oz
  • Parsley - 0.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Step 2

Sauté the chanterelles in olive oil. Add salt, black pepper, and thyme.

Step 3

Add the cream to the cooked chanterelles. Then add the pasta and simmer the cream until it thickens into a sauce.

Step 4

Transfer the pasta to a deep plate, sprinkle with chopped parsley and dried egg yolk.
