Ingredients
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cream - 5 fl oz
- Curry - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sugar - ⅓ teaspoon
- Herbs - to taste
- Spaghetti - to taste
- Hard Cheese - to taste
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Chicken fillet - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide

Cook the pasta.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings, chop the mushrooms as needed (if large), and cut the meat into small pieces.
Step 3
Sauté the onion until golden, add the meat, and fry until golden brown over medium heat, stirring. Add the mushrooms.

Season with salt and pepper, add sugar, curry, sprinkle with flour, mix, and simmer covered for a bit, stirring.
Step 5
Then pour in the warm cream, mix, and simmer until cooked (about another 5 minutes).
Step 6
Finally, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Step 7
Mix the pasta with the meat sauce and serve on plates. Optionally, sprinkle with grated cheese.
