Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 17.6 oz
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Penne rigate - 17.6 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - 0.7 oz
- Onion - ½ piece
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- 10% cream - ½ l
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Cook the chicken fillet in its own juices with onion, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Sauté the mushrooms in butter with garlic, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Blanch the tomatoes and cut them into rings. Finely chop the green onion. Grate the cheese.
Step 5
Beat the eggs and cream with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Layer half of the pasta in a deep dish. Top with layers of chicken fillet, mushrooms, tomatoes, green onion, and the remaining pasta. Pour the egg and cream mixture over the top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
