Ingredients

  • Orange Bell Peppers - 3 pieces
  • Cream 22% - 10 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Paprika - a pinch
  • Pasta (corkscrew) - 10.6 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 0.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

A simple way to deliciously prepare any pasta, just need a blender. The main time is spent roasting the vegetables and cooking the pasta, while the actual preparation takes just a few minutes.

Step 2

Wash the bell pepper, dry it, poke it in several places with a toothpick, and place it on a baking sheet lined with foil. Next to it, place unpeeled garlic. Roast the pepper in a preheated oven at 392°F for 25-30 minutes, and the garlic for about 15 minutes until it becomes soft but doesn't dry out.

Step 3

Remove the roasted pepper from the oven (it should be soft, and the skin should bubble up), place it in a bag or a pot with a tight lid, and let it sit for 15-20 minutes to cool slightly, making it easier to peel. Remove the skin from the pepper and discard the seeds. Peel the garlic and place everything together in the blender.

Step 4

Blend until as smooth as possible, adding the cream, salt, and spices to the pepper.

Step 5

While the pepper is roasting and cooling, cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water, undercooking it by 2-3 minutes from the time indicated on the package. Drain the water, add a little oil, and mix.

Step 6

Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix well.

Step 7

Heat the pasta with the sauce for a few minutes, stirring.

Step 8

When serving, sprinkle with finely grated or thinly sliced Parmesan or another hard cheese. Eat while hot.
