- 10% cream - 3 fl oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Spaghetti - 5.6 oz
- Scallops - 2.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 oz
- Rice Sweet Wine - 1 tablespoon
- Cheese Spread - 2.1 oz
- Dried parsnip - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the honey mushrooms. Cook the spaghetti in a large amount of salted water.
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the mushrooms in olive oil, then add the white wine.
Step 3
Add the scallops, cream, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Remove the skillet from the heat, add the spaghetti along with the egg yolks and grated cheese.
