Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 10.6 oz
- Salmon - 8.8 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 8.8 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 6.3 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Herbes de Provence - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Butter - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Step 2
Add sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Simmer on low heat, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat.
Step 5
Grate the Parmesan cheese using a coarse grater. Return the pot to the stove and stir in the Parmesan cheese into the sour cream and butter mixture. Once the cheese has melted, remove the pot from the heat and let it cool.

Cook the pasta.

Meanwhile, cut the salmon into cubes and sauté it in olive oil along with the shrimp.

As soon as the seafood is browned, pour the prepared sauce over it. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

For serving, place the pasta on the plates and top it with the sauce.
