- Onion - 1 head
- Minced garlic - 2 cloves

- Pumpkin puree - 2 cups
- Vegetable Broth - 2 cups
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- 35% Cream - ¼ cup
- Nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground White Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Chopped Parsley - 2 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese - 1.1 oz
- Penne Pasta - 15.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in vegetable oil over medium heat until softened and golden. The onion and garlic should not blacken.
Step 2
