Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 14.1 oz
- Cherry Tomato Confit - 17.6 oz
- Cream 22% - 17 fl oz
- Aged gouda cheese - 3.5 oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Feta cheese - 1 can
- Safflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta until done, drain the water, and optionally add butter.
Step 2
Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper (add spices to taste), drizzle with a tablespoon of sunflower oil, and mix.
Step 3
In the center of the baking sheet, place the feta cheese among the tomatoes.
Step 4
Next, pour the cream over the entire baking sheet and bake in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for 20 minutes (check for doneness).
Step 5
Remove the dish from the oven (the tomatoes' skin should be cracking).
Step 6
Add the pasta to the dish and mix.
Step 7
Grate the cheese, sprinkle it on top of the dish, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Step 8
Serve the finished dish on plates and sprinkle with herbs if desired.
