I love serving this pasta with a piece of grilled turkey, making for a delicious, hearty, and balanced lunch or dinner. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

  • Pasta (corkscrew) - 14.1 oz
  • Cherry Tomato Confit - 17.6 oz
  • Cream 22% - 17 fl oz
  • Aged gouda cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Feta cheese - 1 can
  • Safflower Oil - 1 tablespoon

Cook the pasta until done, drain the water, and optionally add butter.

Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper (add spices to taste), drizzle with a tablespoon of sunflower oil, and mix.

In the center of the baking sheet, place the feta cheese among the tomatoes.

Next, pour the cream over the entire baking sheet and bake in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for 20 minutes (check for doneness).

Remove the dish from the oven (the tomatoes' skin should be cracking).
