  • Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 7.1 oz
  • Tomatoes - 1 piece
  • Pitted olives - 5 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.

Step 2

In parallel, lightly sauté the garlic and sliced olives in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 3

Dice the fresh tomatoes and add them to the garlic and olives. There's no need to cook the tomatoes; they should only be warmed through.

Step 4

Lightly season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Drain the water and combine the pasta with the sauce.

Step 6

Place the pasta on a plate and drizzle with olive oil.
