Pasta with Garlic and Olive Oil
Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 4.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Parsley - ½ bunch
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 0.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the parsley. Slice the garlic thinly.
Step 2
Cook the pasta in salted water (about 10 minutes). Drain, reserving 100 ml of the pasta cooking water, and set aside.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic for 1-3 minutes. Add the reserved pasta cooking water.
Step 4
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss with the garlic oil. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve topped with grated Parmesan.
