Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 450 pieces
- Spaghetti - 15.9 oz
- Minced garlic - 8 cloves
- Butter - 8.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Italian chopped parsley - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, boil the spaghetti in water until they become soft; you can add a little oil, salt, and herbs.
Step 2
Then, drain the water from the pot and set the spaghetti aside (do not drain all the water completely - save one cup of water for later use).
Step 3
While the pasta is cooking, rinse the shrimp, melt the butter in a skillet, and add the shrimp for frying.
Step 4
Cook the shrimp until they start to turn pink and curl slightly, then add the garlic and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes. After that, add a little more oil, the spaghetti, and seasoning to taste, then pour in one cup of the reserved water (depending on the amount of pasta).
Step 5
Before serving, be sure to mix everything thoroughly. Serve the dish hot.
