Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece

- Ham - 7.1 oz
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, then drain in a colander.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion. Wash the bell peppers, cut them into quarters, remove the stems, seeds, and membranes. Finely chop.
Step 3
Cut the ham into long pieces.
Step 4
Sauté the onion in heated olive oil over medium heat. Add the peppers and sauté for a few more minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the cream, add the cottage cheese, and let it simmer a bit.
Step 6
Combine the sauce with the pasta, mix, and heat through.
Step 7
