Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs - 300 pieces
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Leek - 3 pieces
- Minced garlic - 2 cloves
- Sage - 2 teaspoons
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 12.3 oz
- Chicken Broth - 1 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large skillet, sauté the ham in oil until golden brown. Reduce the heat and add the leeks. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes, then add the garlic and sage and cook for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add the pasta and stir for 1-2 minutes, then pour enough broth over the pasta. Simmer on low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring and adding more broth as it evaporates, until the pasta is tender.
