Ingredients
- Fettuccine Pasta - 17.6 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Olive Oil - 4 spoons
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the garlic in olive oil.
Step 2
Remove the garlic and add the chopped mushrooms (preferably use porcini, button mushrooms, or oyster mushrooms).
Step 3
Sauté for 5 minutes, then add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Add chopped parsley.
Step 5
Boil the pasta in salted, boiling water.
Step 6
Combine the pasta with the sauce and serve immediately.
