Ingredients
- Onion - 1 head
- Fresh Mushrooms - 12.3 oz
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Spaghetti - 10.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Oregano - to taste
- Dill - 0.7 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Butter - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms and onion (the mushrooms don't need to be finely chopped, but the onion can be cut to your liking) and sauté in a small amount of sunflower oil until soft. When the water released from the mushrooms evaporates, add a bit of butter — it will make the mushrooms more aromatic. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper. There's no need to wait for the mushrooms to start browning.
Step 2
Next, pour the pre-prepared sauce into the pan (I make it while the mushrooms are frying). The sauce consists of 15% cream, finely chopped herbs, salt, pepper, and a small amount of oregano.
Step 3
Let the cream simmer for a minute and then add the boiled spaghetti. Mix the pasta well with the mushrooms and serve. You can garnish the finished dish with a basil leaf.
