- Fresh Mushrooms - 8.8 oz
- Lemon - ½ pieces
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Lancashire cheese - 3.9 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta in a pot of salted water.
Step 2
Preheat the grill to the highest temperature. Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil for five minutes. Once the mushrooms are ready, add lemon juice, zest, sour cream, and half of the cheese.
Step 3
Combine the mushrooms with the pasta. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and bake under the grill until golden and bubbly.
