- Pickled Chanterelles - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- 10% cream - 8 fl oz
- Salt - to taste

Boil the chicken breasts or chicken fillet until cooked, cool slightly, and shred into fibers. Some may prefer to chop it, but shredding makes it truly tastier.

Cook the pasta, drain it in a colander, and drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Prepare the cream sauce. Sauté coarsely chopped champignon mushrooms with finely chopped onion in vegetable or olive oil until a light golden crust forms.
