- Conchiglie Pasta - 14.1 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 2 lbs
- 10% cream - ½ l
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces and place them in a pot. Cover with a lid and keep over medium heat until moisture appears, but do not let them turn dark.
Step 2
Stir a spoonful of flour into the cream and gradually pour the mixture into the mushrooms. Stir until smooth and season with salt to taste.
Step 3
Arrange the pasta on plates and top with the mushrooms. Sprinkle everything with freshly ground black pepper.
