Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Spaghetti - 5.3 oz
- Pak Choi - 1.8 oz
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Dry White Wine - 1 fl oz
- Shallot - 0.7 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cherry Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Broth - 2 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Pine nuts - 0.7 oz
- Basil - 1 sprig
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta.
Step 2
Sauté the chopped shallot and garlic in oil.
Step 3
Pour in the wine and cook, stirring, until the liquid evaporates.
Step 4
Add the chopped pak choi, zucchini, and tomatoes.
Step 5
After a couple of minutes, add the spaghetti to the pan and pour in the broth or water.
Step 6
Season with salt to taste and add the basil.
Step 7
Before serving, sprinkle with nuts.
