Ingredients
- Trofie Pasta - 6.3 oz
- Pesto - 4.2 oz
- Chinese green beans - 75 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 2.8 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large pot, bring 2.25 liters of water to a boil, add a tablespoon of salt. Add the pasta, stir, and let it boil for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the pods. Wash the potatoes and slice them very thinly. Add the beans and potatoes to the pasta. Mix all the ingredients, bring to a boil, and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the pasta, potatoes, and beans in a colander and return everything back to the pot. Add the pesto sauce and mix well. Serve in warmed plates. Place a bowl of grated Parmesan on the table.
