Pasta with Salmon
Ingredients
- Salmon - 10.6 oz
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 8.8 oz
- Cream 22% - 5 fl oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 0.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the salmon fillet from the skin and bones. Cut the fillet into small pieces.
Step 2
Sauté the salmon pieces in olive oil for a few minutes. Add the chopped parsley and stir.
Step 3
Cook the pasta until al dente.
Step 4
Add the cream to the fish. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low. Let the cream simmer for 1–2 minutes.
Step 5
Then add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the fish and cream. Mix well.
Step 6
Serve immediately, sprinkled with grated cheese.
