Description
The salmon in this dish can be replaced with chicken or shrimp. I usually make the pesto sauce myself; it's not difficult at all, and it turns out more aromatic than store-bought.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 10.6 oz
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 14.1 oz
- Pesto - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water with a tablespoon of olive oil until al dente.
Step 2
Cut the salmon into pieces and sauté on all sides in olive oil.
Step 3
Add cream and pesto sauce to the salmon, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Drain the pasta in a colander.
Step 5
Add the pasta to the salmon, mix, and after a couple of minutes, you can remove it from the heat.
Step 6
Sprinkle the finished dish with grated Parmesan cheese.
