Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 14.1 oz
- Cream 22% - 8 fl oz
- Dry White Wine - 1 fl oz
- Lime - ¾ pieces
- Garlic - 7 cloves
- Spaghetti - 14.1 oz
- Parsley - ½ bunches
- Butter - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the parsley and garlic; bring water to a boil for the spaghetti, breaking the pasta in half to make it shorter. If the shrimp are frozen, let them sit in hot water for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Add the spaghetti to the boiling water, season with salt, and cook for 12 minutes.
Step 3
Add the butter to the skillet, then squeeze in the lime juice and add the garlic. Keep it on the heat until the kitchen is filled with the aroma of sautéed garlic (about 2–3 minutes).
Step 4
Pour in the cream and wine. Stir until well combined.
Step 5
Add the shrimp and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the shrimp, and let the sauce simmer on the heat until it thickens.
Step 7
Arrange everything on the plates: spaghetti, shrimp with sauce, and parsley.
