  • Gomiti pasta (corkscrew) - 8.8 oz
  • Fresh Spinach Leaves - 4 bunches
  • Feta cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
  • Chickpeas - 19.4 oz
  • Minced garlic - 2 cloves

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Bring slightly salted water to a boil in a large pot.

Step 2

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions or until al dente (about 10 minutes). Meanwhile, mix all the other ingredients.

Step 3

When the pasta is ready, drain the water and transfer the pasta to a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. You can serve it immediately.
