Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 8.8 oz
- Frozen spinach discs - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Cayenne Pepper - to taste
- 20% Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the spinach and drain it in a colander to let the water drain off. Boil 250 ml of water, then add the spinach, diced tomato, and finely chopped onion. Cook until boiling, then add spices to taste, add the sour cream, mix, and transfer everything to a blender — blend and pour back into the pot.
Step 2
Cook the pasta until al dente, as the hot sauce will soften it a bit. Rinse the pasta in a colander under cold water, pour our sauce on top, and it's ready to serve. You can also squeeze a little lemon juice on top for a tangy flavor.
