- Spaghetti - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Russian Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Italian chopped parsley - a pinch
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti until al dente.
Step 2
In a blender, blend the tomatoes and garlic, add salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Rinse the cooked spaghetti. Place it in a pan with olive oil, add the tomato puree and Italian herb mix. Simmer uncovered until excess liquid evaporates.
Step 4
Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
