Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Walnuts - 12 pieces
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 14.1 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 5.3 oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Black truffles - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the truffle with a brush and a soft cloth, then slice it thinly. Whisk the egg yolk and mix it with the mascarpone using a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil, add the pasta, bring it back to a boil, and cook for a few minutes until the pasta is tender. Drain the water and mix the pasta with the mascarpone.
Step 3
Top with crushed walnuts and grated Parmesan. Then sprinkle the finished dish with truffle shavings.
