- Canned Mackerel in Oil - 2 cans
- Frozen spinach discs - 17.6 oz
- 10% cream - 10 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Cook the pasta.

Thaw the spinach in a skillet.
Step 3
Add the canned tuna, draining the oil beforehand.
Step 4
Once everything has come to a boil, add the cream.
Step 5
Mix everything together. Add the pasta.
