  • Dry White Wine - 3 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Dill - ½ bunch
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Pasta (corkscrew) - 8.8 oz
  • Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a skillet.

Step 2

Chop the garlic and sauté it.

Step 3

Take the tuna, drain the liquid from the can, mash the fillet with a fork until it becomes a paste, and add it to the skillet with the garlic.

Step 4

Add the chopped dill, lemon juice, and white wine, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Step 5

Meanwhile, cook the pasta — spaghetti or penne is preferred, but you can choose any other type to your liking.
