Description
Pasta with turkey and mushrooms
Ingredients
- Champignons - 7.1 oz
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Dry White Wine - 2 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dried Chamomile - 1 tablespoon
- Fettuccine Pasta - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms, pat them dry, and cut them into 2 to 3 pieces.
Step 2
Rinse the turkey fillet well and cut it into strips. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a deep skillet and sauté the turkey until it is lightly browned.
Step 3
Then add the mushrooms, wine, salt, and pepper — simmer everything over medium heat without covering, until half of the liquid has evaporated.
Step 4
Then add the cream and thyme. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Step 5
Meanwhile, boil the pasta with a pinch of salt and a splash of olive oil. Once cooked, drain the pasta, return it to the pot, and drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Step 6
Season the turkey with mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the dish by placing pasta on plates, topped with the turkey and mushrooms, and drizzle everything with sauce.
