Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 14.1 oz
- Courgette - 8.5 oz
- Shrimp - 8.5 oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Fish Oil - 7 fl oz
- Garlic - 0.5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the zucchini, remove the seeds, and slice into thick strips.
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti until al dente for 3-4 minutes in boiling water, but it's best to follow the package instructions.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan, add a little oil, garlic, and chili pepper.
Step 4
Add the zucchini and sauté everything.
Step 5
Peel the shrimp.
Step 6
Transfer the sautéed zucchini to a bowl, and in the same pan, sauté the shrimp.
Step 7
Combine the shrimp with the zucchini.
Step 8
Let the pan cool down, then add the butter and fish stock.
Step 9
Bring to a boil and stir until it reaches an emulsion consistency.
Step 10
Add the pasta, shrimp, zucchini, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 11
Grate the Parmesan cheese.
Step 12
When serving, place the pasta on a plate and sprinkle with Parmesan.
