Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 24.7 oz
- Salt - 2.1 oz
- Adjika - ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Herbes de Provence - ½ teaspoon

Soak the turkey in salted water for 2 hours. The water should completely cover the fillet.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 482°F.

Remove the turkey and pat it dry with a paper towel.

Mix the adjika with the herbs and oil, and rub this mixture onto the fillet.
Step 5
