Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Cane Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Vinegar - 3 fl oz
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Green Peas - 17.6 oz
- Peanut Butter - 2.8 oz
- Sesame Seeds - 1.8 oz
- Sesame Oil - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Basil - to taste
- Pine nuts - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Marinated eggs: mix soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, water, salt, and spices. Boil, strain, and pour the marinade over the boiled and peeled eggs. Leave in the refrigerator covered for 2 days.
Step 2
Hummus: blend green peas, peanut butter, sesame seeds, and sesame oil with a blender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Serve the hummus on a plate with the halved eggs.
Step 4
Garnish the dish with basil and pine nuts.
