Ingredients
- Pea shoots - 1.2 oz
- Alfalfa sprouts - 2 teaspoons
- Garlic - 4 pieces
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 2 fl oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Pistachios - 1.6 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 0.2 oz
- Habanero Pepper - ½ piece
- Red Wine Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Lime - 1 piece
- Ocean salt - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a dry, hot skillet, toast the pine nuts and sesame seeds until golden brown. Let cool.
Step 2
Finely chop the microgreens.
Step 3
Finely chop the Parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Slice the jalapeño pepper.
Step 5
Combine the ingredients in a blender and add the roughly chopped garlic.
Step 6
Add the pine nuts and sesame seeds.
Step 7
Pour in the oil.
Step 8
Add the vinegar.
Step 9
Add the cheese, salt, and pepper.
Step 10
Squeeze in the lime juice.
Step 11
Blend thoroughly until smooth.
Step 12
Transfer to a suitable storage container. Done.
